EVENT: The American Heart Association (AHA) hosted its annual Milwaukee Heart and Stroke Ball at the Pfister Hotel.
CAUSE: Proceeds raised benefited the AHA’s mission to connect, innovate and invest in groundbreaking research, advocacy initiatives, public education and quality care programs that advance health outcomes.
PROCEEDS: Live and silent auctions and sponsorships garnered $600,000.

CAUSE: Proceeds raised at the event benefited research for pediatric cancers and related blood disorders.

EVENT: The American Lung Association hosted its Fight For Air Climb at the U.S. Bank Center.
CAUSE: Proceeds raised at the event benefited the organization’s mission of saving lives by promoting lung health and preventing lung disease through education, community services, advocacy and research.
PROCEEDS: Registration fees and individual donations garnered $765,000, and makes Milwaukee No. 1 FFA Climb in the nation for the seventh consecutive year.

EVENT: Susan G. Kommen Wisconsin hosted its More Than Pink Gala: Masquerede Ball at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.
CAUSE: Proceeds raised at the event benefited the organization’s Breast Cancer Assistance Fund which pays for mammograms, additional diagnostic tests needed to diagnose breast cancer, transportation to and from chemotherapy treatments, bills and child care. Funds also assisted education for men and women on breast health.
PROCEEDS: More than $70,000 was raised through ticket and table sales, silent and live auctions, fundraising games and a giving campaign.

EVENT: Aarambh Indian Dance School hosted its first Dance-a-thon event to raise funds for animal rescue organizations Milwaukee Pets Alive, ALAI Rescues (Bangalore, India) and Let's Live Together (Bangalore, India).
CAUSE: A five hour dance session teaching hip hop, tap, salsa, afro-beat and Bollywood dance raised proceeds to benefit the three animal rescue organizations that hosted the event.
