STEM Golf Outing 2019

EVENT: STEM Forward hosted its 14th Annual Scholarship Golf Outing at Waukesha’s Morningstar Golf Club.
CAUSE: Proceeds raised at the event supported five scholarships for Wisconsin students pursuing STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) degrees at area colleges as well as K-12 STEM education programs.
PROCEEDS: $22,000 was raised through sponsorships, registrations, online and silent auctions, and raffle.

Past Basket Engraving Event

Past Basket welcomed master engraver Mary Trefney to its Audubon Court location to hand engrave new Simon Pearce glass purchases.
Customers enjoyed stopping in to place an order, see Trefney in action and be part of the event. Past Basket was honored to host Trefney, local Simon Pearce representative Karen Flattum, and Simon Pearce Executive Director of Wholesale Lisa M. Rosse.

UWM Finale Campaign Celebration

EVENT:University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee hosted its Campaign Celebration at the Panther Arena.
CAUSE:The event was a celebration of completing a seven-year fundraising campaign — the largest in campus history — to support student success, research excellence and community engagement.
PROCEEDS:Cash gifts, pledges, estate gifts and gifts in kind garnered $250,000.

Monarch Ball

EVENT: Lutheran Home Foundation hosted its annual Monarch Ball in the Grand Ballroom of The Pfister Hotel.
CAUSE: Proceeds raised benefited Lutheran Home & Hardwood Place, nonprofit organizations dedicated to serving seniors and enriching lives with compassion and loving care.
PROCEEDS: Nearly $200,000 was raised through sponsorships, ticket sales, a live auction, raffles and a special auction for the mission.

Amber Charity Golf Outing

EVENT: Amber’s Last Promise partners with National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and hosted its sixth annual charity golf outing at Songbird Hills Golf Club.
CAUSE: Proceeds raised benefited the organizations’ missions to raise public awareness of mental health, reduce frequency of suicides, and suppress the stigma around mental health.
PROCEEDS: $9,075 was raised through an auction and raffles.

CAUSE: Proceeds raised at the event benefited child abuse prevention programs at Ozaukee Family Services.
